check the box for "sit in a cheering section for a random" team when buying their LA28 tickets?

How do you think it works? I find the idea of cheering with fan I have nothing in common with intriguing.

In Paris I sat in the cheering section for fencing. You sit in an area where your section is visible to the cameras and each seat got a free cheering item. For fencing we received free flags (team France flags).

I think its not about specific teams but about being a section the camera can pan to that will have cheering people

for the basketball games, how do you know which teams will be playing yet?

You don't. The draw won't be done until a few weeks before tbe tournament.

Yeah. Which is why you wouldn't tick that option if this was a problem for you. But some people will find it fun to go cheer for a brand new team as part of the experience.

My husband and I checked the box for both events we’re going to. We saw the option and said “why the hell not?” It sounds like it’ll add to the cool experience overall!

I just picked it for archery. I don't know that I have enough pep to be in the cheering section for most sports, but I figured there will be a large percentage of time that we must be quiet during archery.
