Meta Muse Spark 1.2 Contributor in Opencode

I tried using muse-spark1.2-contributor from opencode go , it prompts me this message "This model collects data used to improve its quality and requires explicit opt in:" but when I visit the link there's nothing, no button, no switch nothing.

Please help me understand

there's some issue with my billing, because of that was unable to see the options
