Not all hardwares around the world uses latest distros, for example as you can see from video i use Ubuntu 22 because of good stability and general application development for wide supported distrobutions. Sometimes people wants this old distrobutions but their system is new so they need new kernel to support their system drivers. Or just people has newest tech newest kernel but wants ZEN kernel they can install using this application, making things easy for people wants something but does not has knowledge how to do it. Distro choice depends on requirements of users and hardware, for me Ubuntu 22 is a requirement for me to support wide distros (Debian 12 up to Bleeding Edge, mostly used area) on my applications.
Recent Ubuntu distributions have equal stability, in that the release cycle is the same. Debian 12 and 13 are also equally stable, do to the same reason.

if the hardware is this new, why Debian 12 instead of Debian 13 plus a newer kernel?
