BF6 account reset help

hello if anyone can help me: for the past 3 or 4 days, I've had a problem with BF6. My game completely lost my save data—it's as if I were a new player—even though my Steam account is still linked to my EA account.

EA app - Three bars on the top left => Help => App Recovery => Clear Cache.
