weighted pull ups
Considering i can do 13 clean bodyweight pull ups(chin above the bar, deadhang), what weight should i add? I am 65kg. Also is there any difference between doing pull ups with a backpack and a dip belt with plates?

I would say the dip belt should feel way more confortable. Personally, I'm in a similar situation and consider adding 2kg at a time

Just start with 10 lbs / 5 kg or so and go from there. See what reps you can hit with that the first session.
Then the next session if your target reps are 5 and you hit 8 with the 5kg then up it another 2.5kg and see if you can do 5 or more.

add 2 kg and start the range again from bottom, use double progression.
add 1 rep to each set every workout and work your way up to 12, let your tendons catch up, dont rush it, spend time on the new weight even if it feels easy.
when you reach 12 again, bump your weight and start again from 5-6 reps.
as the weight increased your range will need to shift accordingly.
i think you are safe with
6-12 until you reach 10kg
5-10 until you reach 20kg
4-8 until you reach 30kg
3-6 until you reach 40kg
2-5 afterwards

Dip belt is so much more comfortable than the backpack and your can add way more weight with it
As for the progression I'd treat it like any other exercise, try with 5kg first and progress from there, it'll be very easy for u but don't jump weights to avoid injury, as in try 5kg first set, if too easy then add an repeat
Also if your goal is to add weight, I'd recommend checking out the step loading program, took me from nothing to 25kg dips / 20 if pullups for 4x4

Get a belt. They're cheap and I LOVE mine. I was about where you are and am now doing sets of 10 with 25lbs added. The best part is doing a finisher set with no weight and you feel like you'll put your head through the roof

Adding weight is a good idea at this point. But protect your tendons. I'd start at a low weight (10 or even 5 lbs) and increase slowly - once you are comfortable hitting the top of your rep range you can add another small amount, but bring reps down when you do so.

add 2.5-5kg, just build up over time, when you can do 12 reps again with weight attached, add another 2.5kg
