Pull-up imbalance - how to fix it?

Hi all, I need your advice on how to fix my pull-up imbalance which I believe is also contributing to the tightness that I feel on my chest below the collar bone and my neck muscles.

I am uploading videos in the comments.

Thank you for your help! Much appreciated!

  • Usually fixing this you need to go to assisted such as with a gravitron and practice your pulling in coordination with each other.

  • Alternatively, lat pulldown can work as well if you can isolate what is going on.

  • If there is a strength imbalance then one arm lat pulldown to make sure everything is even can help.

Hi Steven, thank you for your message. I guess I need to work on my bilateral strength and also on my techniqune. Do you see any issues that I need to work on? Does any scapula seem frozen or too fixed and not moving properly?

Also could this issue cause my issues with the chest and neck or would it be the result?

Interested, I feel like I'm relying on one hand more than anither in weighted exercises
