Question Can Ainz go back to Earth? (Anime Only)
Overlord is a bit messy of an Isekai because Ainz got transported to the game while Nazarick also got transported to another world , so it's like a double whammy
But i'm atucally curious whenever or not Ainz can return to earth
We know already there are other players in this world , but is the magic strong enough like super high level tier out there that can bring Ainz to earth?
Again anime only but im making a video whenever or not isekai characeters can go back to their world and was wondering is there any evidence i missed? appericate it

Discussion This dialogue shows that Ainz doesn't care about the lives of beings outside Nazarick, regardless of their race, if they do not benefit him and Nazarick.
On one hand, there are people who "finally realize that Ainz is evil," and on the other hand, I wonder why people are only realizing this now "wondering why it took them so long to realize that Ainz was evil from the start" especially after Arche's death.
Even so, I am more inclined to classify him as Lawful/Neutral-Evil. He adheres to his own moral code and acts within legal boundaries (at least on the surface: this is why no country can find a reason to blame him or the Sorcerer Kingdom, as their actions are technically fully justified).
Furthermore, all these atrocities happen behind the scenes, such as in the Holy Kingdom (not under his or his country's name), so other nations cannot blame him.
I'm pretty sure that if he knew about the Happy Farm, he wouldn't shut it down, instead, he would tell Demiurge to keep it going as long as it could produce something useful.
In the end, he is just trying to do his best for all his friends by protecting everything they left behind.
He works hardest to ensure he never disappoints the image that all the Guardians hold of him, for the sake of his organization, and that is truly commendable.
That's what I like about Ainz; he's not the boring, average black-haired high schooler type who saves the whole world without killing anyone. Ainz is very realistic in his actions. He states that he will prioritize only Nazarick, even if the entire world has to suffer. And while he can be ruthless, many of the people he kills truly deserve it, such as the Theocracy troops a supposed human supremacist nation that attacks human villages. Yet, he will go out of his way to help people outside Nazarick whom he favors, like Enri, Neia, Gondo, and a few others, and not everyone gets a happy ending, just like in real life.
Ainz evokes a sense of fear and respect that other isekai characters simply cannot. For instance, in other stories, it's usually like, "Oh, the villain lost, but I'll spare them in the hope that they'll become a better person." But not with Ainz; he doesn't hesitate to kill anyone if you pose a threat, and he feels no remorse or sorrow for it. People are also so terrified of him that they refuse to commit any crimes in his country out of fear that their corpses will become undead servants for him. So everyone starts behaving well without necessarily feeling oppressed by a cruel tyrant, which is a fresh experience for me. In other stories, the main character just convinces everyone to be nice and hopes nothing bad happens.
Unlike most combat protagonists who just assault enemies with a flashy barrage of close-range attacks and hope to win through sheer brute force, Ainz is a tactician. He fights from a distance and uses any method necessary, such as lying mid-combat to feed false information to his enemies. He is never arrogant, treating everyone as an opponent stronger than himself. He remains extremely calm, observing his opponent's power without fully showing his own. Ainz doesn't have boring training arcs or tragic backstories mid-fight, which is refreshing unlike anime like another isekai/fantasy klise.
Furthermore, Ainz isn't afraid to run away from a fight, which is even more impressive. Unlike others who will fight to the bitter end, Ainz will sacrifice his pride and reputation just to escape a battle with gathered information and plan a strategy for the next encounter.
Moreover, Ainz can be understood not just as a leader, but as a lonely person who played games to pass the time and feel online connections he couldn't get in real life. Every connection he made was genuinely sincere unlike some main characters who manage to befriend almost everyone they meet, which gets repetitive after so many series do the exact same thing.
That doesn't mean I am a psychopath or an edgy person who supports all of his evil deeds. I simply like his character writing, which feels more distinct and human something I haven't found in other isekai.

Art Ainz and his friend, Jircniv.
Jircniv could be Ainz's best friend if he didn't overthink everything about him.
I need a what-if/alternative story where Ainz and Jircniv become friends, because I think they are a great match and share several similarities (same burden and suffering).
