Highly doubt it. You can scoop out aa much as possible, keep paint wet if possible, then get a shampoo machine and go over the carpet about 20 times and it will look better. But there's no way your getting all that up.

I think the local pull apart will have you a new trunk liner.

So get the paint off the bumper first.

Then, work on getting the inside dried up as good as possible, and make sure you can move / lift / remove the trunk liner. When it's fully dried.

At least no one can see in the trunk!

True, thought the same thing. I always put paint cans in a taped up box or milwaukee crate and situate it in the trunk or wherever so it cant move around much, also line the trunk with something in the event a spill does happen. That's my DIYer approach at least haha

The paint or the car? You can use what’s left of the paint as you see fit. For the car, you should be able to remove the paint from the smooth surfaces once dried but before it’s cured with your fingernail. The carpet will need to be replaced and there will likely be crevices with permanent paint.

I destroyed a Bissel carpet cleaner trying to get it out of a car. I think I spent an hour over maybe 2 square feet and it still had a slight hue of the paint color. I then had it detailed and they maybe improved it 10% more. Still there but not crazy noticeable.

Yes, but you have to get at it immediately, like rn.

A squeegee, lots of rags and a contractor's trash bag. Use the squeegee to direct the paint away from un stained areas and into a pail (pro tip: use a shallow pan and transfer to a pail)

Have hot soapy water on hand with both sponges and scouring pads. Work the soapy water into the fabric in a circular motion. Reverse

Yes, a shop vac will be very useful, but only after the paint has been completely cleaned up and then use the vacuum to remove the water.

Gonna need a new trunk liner broski. They're fairly easy to replace. Will also need that liner that sits above the spare tire. (the one that you put your shit on in your trunk.)

I literally did this a week ago but was back seat floor well carpet sort of material.

I should have done better getting the initial paint out as best as possible but I just kept sponging and rinsing followed up with a carpet cleaner.

All good now. There was also removable mat I was able to get into the shower to give a really good rinse. Looks like new.

Pulled it and got as much paint underneath it as I could as well.

The paint or the trunk? Both yes to some degree, you won't save all of the paint but you could scoop up most of it and put it back in the can.

The trunk, yes. Wet vac and lots of water. Keep it wet and keep sucking it up. Scrub the edges with a clean wet cloth as you're doing it as well. The most important part is to keep the spill wet. I've had to help clean up spills on carpet more than once and have never had it noticeable when cleaned, other than a cleaner-than-the-rest-of-the-carpet spot lol.

My wife did this after we bought our house. A blessing in disguise as she bought a shit brown color for our bathroom. Instead it got all over the trunk of her car. Basically I spent hours upon hours trying to get it out. Did my best and a huge improvement but it was clear paint spilled in there. I’d consider pulling the fabric inside, keep it wet, and using a carpet cleaner. Good luck!
