my epc wont load anyone else.

Wow, such a general statement. Whose EPC won’t load your manufacturer, your store, your computer, or other?

Details matter.

Snap on EPC in general was having issues.

Not just one specific manufacturer.

Snap on does EPC for multiple car lines.

Obviously the ones affected responded and understood what he was asking.

Oh, Snap-on supports 46.7% of the major automotive manufacturer groups. Absolutely those who were affected would. The others might ask questions.

Called snap on and they said to clear cache and cookies

That solved my problem

I restarted my computer and it works now 🤷‍♂️

Mine was getting the http 404 error , I logged out closed chrome and reopened and it was fine.
