CDK Error Help

"No updates allowed until service removes MCD(s)."

Anyone seen this before? What is a MCD and how do you remove it?

Thanks!

Usually a $ deposit taken by service from a customer or ticket needs to be opened back up

Multiple Charge Distribution?

PFC , type DCD (display splits, deductibles)

Then either ZSP/ZDE to delete, and pick which line.

MCD is the deductible. Only way to edit a part is if the deductible is removed and put back on by the advisor

If I remember correctly the Advisor goes into DCD (display charges), and ZDE (zap deductible).

If it's a "Multiple Charge Distribution," you'd want to audit the ticket to see where the charges are coming from before deleting them.
