Art Bread
If anybody wanted to see what my first loaf looked like from chat. 🫡 I was impatient and I let it rise for 12 hours instead of 18. I also cut it a bit too soon. Notes taken for next time

Did you cold prove? Personally I prefer warm proving especially if you’re in a hurry. Can be hard to wait when you’re smelling the dough all day!

Can you explain what proving is? I followed an online recipe on a whim last night, so I'm learning the terms :)

Proving is the "letting it rest" while it expands and bubbles are generated. Cold proving is done in the fridge, regular on the counter
