No Notifications?

I have a PT2 and the first Notifications are shown at the watch faces, then nothing. Even in the notification menu, it´s just empty. Connection via bluettoth is given all the time. My first thought was i have turnt something off... So i did a factory reset. The same problem was here again. First one came, then nothing. Whatsapp and Signal have permissions.

You gave the Pebble app permission to read all notifications? Whatsapp and Signal are not the ones that need permissions granted to them.
