Need Help
My sister's favorite pen was discontinued. Luckily she has a crazy tonne of the pen itself but no ink cartridges. I've tried packs and switching from other similar pens but none fit. I need help tracking down the cartridge, please! I know it's .7 mm but the part where the spring catches is really low.
We got them from jetpens, here is the listing: https://www.jetpens.com/Sakura-Grosso-Ball-Ballpoint-Pen-0.7-mm-Black-Ink-Black-Body/pd/15771
The recommeded replacement doesn't flow as smoothly when she writes so if I could get any help getting the closes match I would really appreciate it.

This uses a 98.5 mm Japanese-type refill with a spring stopper at 21 mm.
You can use hybrid oil-based ink ballpoint refills, which write smoother than traditional oil-based ballpoints.
The Pilot Acroink BVRF and Uni-ball Style-Fit Jetstream SXR-89 series are usually available, and you can add a spring stopper with a little tape to fit the Sakura Grosso ballpoint pen.
