Open it. The value of the enclosed stamps won’t be affected and are likely worth very little. It does look, however, that they might give you a nice start on a Germany collection.

Or… if you just want to sell, leave them sealed and see what an eBay auction will give you. Maybe somewhat will be impressed by the seal.

Don't open it. It is very interesting the way it is. There is zero chance of you finding a valuable stamp in there..

I wonder if there could be a "Shrodenger's Cat" stamp in there. That way it would be both opened and unopened!!

Agreed. It looks like a Whole World selection - any value would be in an obscure postmark or variety. Selling on ebay and then buying kiloware of a country you do want would be best.
