The 🫃 emoji is a way to derogatively call something "woke" especially on discord or telegram reacts. I think in this case it's being used to associate Gates with the "woke agenda".
I have only seen it used to make fun of someone by implying they're a bottom, or as an omegaverse joke.
I have literally not seen it used to call something Woke on Discord, like I get what the angle would be but it's a goofy enough emote that it gets used in a lot more situations than just that.

Who actually makes the call is a nonprofit called the Unicode consortium. This includes 10 companies, 2 governments and 1 university (including Meta, Adobe, Apple, Amazon, Salesforce, Netflix, and the Government of Oman). Each of them gets one vote (except Oman and UC Berkeley getting 1/2 vote).
Their method is to develop with the intention of replacing existing character encoding schemes that are limited in size and scope, and are incompatible with multilingual environments

What's interesting is that Bill Clinton has been an advocate for releasing the entire undoctored Epstein files. Either he's prepared to accept whatever punishment comes his way or he knows for a fact that there's nothing in the files on him.

Yeah that’s what I’m saying. I mean the fact that the flag of Israel is fairly interchangeable with a symbol of Judaism and the main detail of it is a symbol of Judaism makes it way more ambiguous and confusing. I agree that this is likely a case where it makes sense to call out his ties to Israel and criticize that, but it just as likely could be a dog whistle for “the Jews are behind all of this bad stuff” and it’s just getting harder to tell.
It's clear from the files that he wasn't working with the government of Israel. Some people desperately want it to be true, and most people won't bother to fact-check it.
Just believing it because someone on reddit said so is ignorant, not necessarily grounded in hate. But the people purposely lying to push that narrative are absolutely coming from a place of hate.
And he was Jewish therefore people can't help but see a link with Israel, despite how very, very good they are at differentiating between the two. It's flagrantly antisemitic, and it blows the mind that – after nearly three years of intense discussion – people are still so oblivious.
Yeah, actual evidence of him working for or with Israel is virtually nonexistent. People say meeting with Barak is proof, but considering his constant rubbing of dicks elbows with rich and powerful people, you would think folks would accuse him of being part of all different agencies. But nope, all Israel accusations.
The files show he was close with former Israeli Prime Minster and military intelligence commander Ehud Barak. The files don't contain any explicit intelligence work done for Israel nor anyone else, but that doesn't prove anything as such matters quite obviously wouldn't be handled through personal email anyway.
That's right, he was friends with one former Israeli official. He was also friends with a Slovakian official, two Norwegian officials, a handful of Russian officials, a British prince, and countless rich Americans. Was he working for all of those governments too?
Because there is zero evidence he was working with/for the Israeli government. The widespread belief to the contrary despite the lack of evidence is obviously linked to the conspiracy theory that there is a Jewish cabal running the world.
EDIT: Since I didn't elaborate, I will do so. The shared symbol between both Jewish identity and the flag of the State of Israel make it difficult to discern which is being attacked when used in imagery and political speech.
It is a big club; of at least 75% conservative men with the odd liberal man (often times not that liberal) and conservative woman.
Carter, Obama, and Biden were clearly not in this club. Rosalynn Carter (Carter's wife), H Clinton, M Obama, and J Biden were clearly not in this club.
So, more accurately, within the highest levels of power there is a club of almost exclusively conservative men that do nasty shit. You aren't in that club and if you don't like them then you should probably vote for progressive left candidates.
