Hey, we’re looking for players to try Turncoats, our free browser game made for Brackeys Game Jam 16.

Turncoats is a single-player fantasy autobattler about gold, war, and fragile loyalty. You lead a band of mercenaries through automatic battles. Between fights, you arrange your formation, buy equipment, and decide who gets paid. Unpaid wages lower a mercenary’s Trust, causing them to fight worse or potentially defect permanently to the enemy. Enemy units can defect to your side as well.

Each victory also gives you a choice between contracts with tempting rewards and difficult consequences. A full playthrough takes roughly 30 minutes, and no download is required.

I’ve been building a marketing platform for indie games and I’m getting close to launch. Before releasing it, I want to find out whether it actually produces results.

I’m intentionally not linking or naming the platform here because the purpose of this post is to find test games rather than drive traffic to it.

So I’m looking for a few indie developers willing to let me run a $200 creator campaign for their game, completely funded by me. You don’t pay anything.

The platform connects games with gaming creators making TikTok, YouTube and Instagram content. Creators can either charge a fixed price for content, or participate in campaigns where they’re compensated based on the verified views their content generates.

What I’m looking for:
1) Your game has a live Steam page where people can buy or wishlist it.

2) It’s already released or releasing relatively soon.
You have gameplay/screenshots/video I can look at to determine whether it’s suitable for short-form content.

3) You’re willing to privately share before/after numbers such as wishlists and sales/downloads so I can measure whether the campaign worked.
You’re okay with the results potentially being turned into a case study. I’d discuss what gets published with you beforehand.

Hey everyone. I just put a free demo of my game Card Shop Duelist up on Steam and I'm looking for people to try it and provide their feedback.

It's a 2D top-down sim about running a trading card store. You order product, take deliveries, stock the shelves, and set your own prices while the market moves around on you. You hire staff, build up regulars, and buy cards straight off the collectors who wander in. Packs go into a Rip Station so you can chase pulls while you're still stuck at the register. Fill the binder, dust your duplicates, craft the cards you're missing, send the good ones off for grading.

The bit I'm least sure about is the duelling. The card game inside the shop is an actual game, not a minigame. Battleforge has seven elemental affinities, lane synergies, relics, and reaction spells, and you can build a deck and challenge your own customers with it. So there's a whole second game living inside the first one, and to be frank I don't know yet whether that's the best thing in here or a distraction from the shop.

The demo runs your first 30 in-game days (all of Spring) up to level 30. Free, Windows only, takes a couple hours for a full run. I know that's a bigger ask than a browser game, so if you only have half an hour, that's fine, the first 30 minutes will still tell me a lot.

There is one week left in the All Hands Playtest, and I'd love to get a few more people into it before we wrap up on 8 September to work on feedback.

All Hands is an incremental 3D tower defence about redirecting enormous crowds of energy-drink-mutated "customers" away from your HQ. The Playtest is free, it is on Windows PC, and no keys are needed:

We've been fixing bugs and shipping new builds as people play. Every report has helped, and I'm sure there are still parts of the game we haven't pushed in quite the way a new player will.

If you feel like giving it a try, here are a few directions you could take a run:

• Reshape a route with walls, trenches, craters, and disposable structures, then watch thousands of customers find their way through it.
• Place sponsor-branded turrets on the ridges, aim their firing cones yourself, and try the upgrades that look most interesting.
• See how far a tidy little defence can scale before ten thousand customers turn it into a very large incident.
• Reach for A-10 Airstrike, the AC-130 Gunship, Space Laser, Mandatory Regrading, Nuclear Option, All Hands Meeting, or Site Survey Error when the plan stops working.
• Let a branch collapse, spend the Career progress, and come back with a different idea for the next run.

None of this needs to be a formal test. Play however you like. If something breaks, feels confusing, seems wildly overpowered, or is unexpectedly fun, I'd genuinely love to hear about it. If it is a bug, the ability, map, wave, and what happened will help us chase it down.

I made this post because I'm looking for people willing to play a game that I'm currently producing with my team.

We're still developing and refining the game, and right now we really need feedback from people outside our team. We want to understand what we can improve, what is already working and should stay, what feels confusing or frustrating, and most importantly, if the game is actually fun to play.

This is the first game we've ever produced together as a team, so I would really appreciate it if some of you could give us a hand by playing our Alpha and telling us what you honestly think.

The game is called Wash-It, Orc!

It's a 2D time-management game where you play as an orc working in a fantasy kitchen. Your job is to wash and clean the dishes before the end of your shift.

You have to grab the dishes, use different cleaning tools in the right order, manage the pile of dirty dishes and try to clean as many as you can before time runs out.

The problem is that some of those dishes aren't actually dishes.

Some of them are mimics, and they'll attack you if you're not careful.

The game is still in Alpha, so there are definitely things that are unfinished, things we're still balancing and probably bugs that we haven't found yet.

What I would really like to know after you play is:

Was it easy to understand what you were supposed to do?

Were the controls easy to understand and use?

Did the tutorial explain the game well enough?

Was cleaning the dishes fun or did it become repetitive?

Was there anything that confused or frustrated you?

Did you find any bugs?

Did you feel like playing another round after finishing?

What would you personally change or improve?

You don't need to answer all of these questions either. Even if you play for a few minutes and stop because something bothered you, I would still really like to know why.

You get a photo of a real object from a museum archive with no context and type what you think it is. The game then judges how close your guess was before showing the actual answer.

The thing I’m specifically trying to figure out:

Hi everyone! I'm a solo dev and the demo of my game Bottlecappers just got approved by Steam. Before I release it publicly in about two weeks, I'd love a few fresh pairs of eyes on it. It's a factory management roguelite: build bottle cap production lines, survive quarterly investor reviews, buy back every share to win. The demo is a complete winnable run, roughly 1.5-2 hours, 11 languages.

What I'm asking: play at least the first hour (a full run if it hooks you), then answer a few questions (where did you get stuck or bored, did the unlock pacing feel right, would you wishlist after playing, plus anything broken you find). I've been working on a roguelite card game called Diamonds and Spades, and the first public playtest is still live for about two weeks!

The core gameplay is a simple risk/reward card game using a deck of 100 classic playing cards. During each run, you collect tarot cards with unique effects that change the way you play. Combining these effects lets you create powerful synergies and push your score as high as possible.

One of the main features is a built-in card editor. Players can create their own tarot cards, draw custom artwork, program their effects using a visual scripting system, and share their creations with other players.

The playtest is currently open, and I'd really appreciate feedback, especially on the core gameplay, card effects, progression, and the card editor.

Hey everyone! I'm so excited about this! I've been building a cozy little game called Little Cauldron Cafe — a kawaii-styled potion café sim for iOS. No fail states, no timers, no pressure: tap ingredients into a cauldron, brew, collect potions, decorate your rooms as they open up. It's for Halloween lovers that wish it could be Halloween all year round.

Hello to the entire community!

We're a small team of friends from Italy currently developing a free-to-play LCG.

We've been hard at work on this for a while and went through many changes during the one year and a half of developing we've reached now. We moved from Unity to Web technologies and that has been ultimately the biggest leap in developing speed we had taken thus far and allowed us to concentrate on user experience, UI and art more closely.

this is the first game I have ever built, and after a year of evenings and weekends I'm honestly a bit nervous posting it here.

It's a falling-block puzzly two fields at the same time: on the top field the pieces fall down, on the bottom one they rise up, and between them there's a golden line that slowly drifts toward whichever side you neglect. Sounds difficult for the first two minutes, then something clicks. At least i hope so - our little tester group (friends and family, mostly) has gotten so good at it that we honestly can't tell anymore whether the game is still learnable for normal humans. That's exactly what we need you for.

If you have 20-30 minutes: play a few runs and tell us where you got confused, whether the tutorial helped or annoyed you, and what made you stop. That's it. Feedback works right inside the game (there's a feedback button that lands directly with us), or just comment here or DM me, whatever's easier for you.

Damn Zombies is a fast-paced multiplayer FPS built around chaotic fights, gunplay, movement, and a maze-like shipping-container environment.
