PMP Application Help Should I reopen my PMP application

Hi all,

I did the PMP application last night. I watched AR video on how to apply. But i have messed up with one thing. In the video AR shows to explicitly give titles of 5 phases and then write duties for them. Also, his duties were written in first person.

What i did in my application was i used the 5 phases but just blend them into paragraphs and not separately showed them. Also I didn’t use “I” in my duties, i said “managed project, led project, collaborated” and all that things.

Should i reopen and change it?

Thank you in advance!

No. I didn’t use phases or any key words or watch any videos. I just wrote a couple sentences on my experience. I am an actual pm though so it’s pretty obvious. I spent probably 5 minutes total on my application.

You’re not applying for medical school.

I submitted mine with the help of my senior who is a PM and PMP certified last year and he told me to ask ChatGPT to use I but other than giving my work done throughout last 5 years in couple of projects I added 1 line max and my application was approved in less than 12 hours.

Our guess was that when I submitted my application someone was reviewing them at the same instance and luckily they approved it same day because my senior's application was approved in 5 days.
