Lifelong pokemon fan here, got into it as a very young kid, played HGSS and every game after it, collected cards, played pokemon go, masterball rank in champions, and currently playing a cobblemon server (Minecraft mod). Years and years ago I lost my collection to the ol’ ‘moms friends kid got em without my permission’ so I didn’t have cards for a very long time. Fast forward to about three months ago, I’ve got a very small but slowly growing collection. I decided to try some of those GameStop power packs, and a couple pulls in I got this! It is officially my favorite card in my collection. Just wanted to share after years of being without cards👍

Pokémon has revealed four new Mega Attack Rare cards:

• Mega Rayquaza ex
• Mega Greninja ex
• Mega Darkrai ex
• Mega Zygarde ex

They’re expected to be connected to Japan’s upcoming MEGA x MEGA Parade High Class set, releasing February 19, 2027.

The set is also expected to feature Mega Raichu X and Mega Raichu Y, 10-card booster packs, and a guaranteed hit in each pack.

Does anyone collect cards based on the artist theyre by? Im getting back into pokemon cards and am finding I love cards by Yuka Morri, Asako Ito, and Akira Egawa. I also saw a card coming out in Delta Reign thats embroidery art by Tayu that Im excited about. Id love to see pics of other people’s artist collections!

hey i have a binder that i have my cards in, not a 3 ring lol. i double sleeved with some sealable dragon sleeves and then a dragon sleeve. in retrospect i think this was too much and maybe too tight. for my next pick ups i used dragonshield perfect fits and dragonshields. im now wondering if dragonshields are just too tight. im used to playing magic so i just went with what i knew. what sleeves do you recommend? do you think i should resleeve my cards? i dont plan to really even remove them, and if i do i might cut the sleeves off with an exacto knife. thoughts? should i swap sleeves?

My original binder was lost between the transition of childhood and adulthood. I miss those cards. My kids recently into collecting cards and before I knew it... I was pulled back in to the world of Pocket Monsters. I decided to build a new binder of the OG WOTC cards from my childhood focusing strictly on the original 151 Pokémon. Today I completed my holy trinity. I had none of these cards as a kid and seeing them sit next to each other in front of me is still such a surreal feeling. Feels good to be back collecting and enjoying the cards as an adult.

I always wanted to pull the Meowth, it was a card I really wanted. First SIR from Perfect order and from a Meowth pack and Meowth cardboard sleeve no less 🥳🥳🥳

I guess I live under a rock and didn’t know whatnot gave you a $20 coupon, so I got this for $2 (shipping) but the real cost was my sanity.

I probably spent 2-3hrs looking at streams trying to find a mightyena I didn’t have that was at the right price point and finally found this beauty. Somehow I didn’t know this one existed, and I think it’s my favorite now.

Whatnot was hell though, I’m never going back lmao
