7th part of the series where I post a concept for each Mega Evolution that isn't currently in the game.

Today, we have one of the more divisive Mega Evolutions of Z-A, Mega Starmie! Starmie is paired with, of course, Lida! I did have an idea for giving it to Penny, but I'll save that for a later post outside this series.
