Anytime this comes up I like to remind folks that prison sucks, and yet, it’s a paradise compared to being in prison for messing with kids.
The “conspiracy” can be as complicated as creating the conditions for them to take the easy way out, rather than a complex plan to fake a suicide.

Brunel also attended parties at Mar-a-Lago. A former model described being bused there with other child models in 1998
•
u/Cielo11 6h ago edited 6h ago
Epstein and Brunel are so much closer than that.
Jean Luc Brunel operated a Modelling agency in Paris. He was a source of young women and underage girls.
Epstein was a business partner and funded Brunel starting a Modelling agency in New York called MC2.
MC2 never made money, it was a legal way for them to move young women and children around the world on modelling agency work green cards. This is why so many men attached themselves to Epstein. He gave them what they wanted.
It was a Paedophile and Sex Ring for the worlds most powerful men.
Why this isn't being investigated deeper is insanity. Proof that there are very powerful men, still alive, still in very powerful positions who are suppressing the investigations.
•
u/mynamesyow19 6h ago
and then in 1999, Trump suddenly ALSO got into teenage modeling agencies and pageants that he openly bragged about walking in on the "girls" changing at...how weird.
•
u/m0ngoos3 6h ago
You have the timeline a bit off.
See, first it was John Casablancas running Elite Model Management.
Trump and Casablancas became good friends after Casablancas gave a New Yorker Magazine interview in 1988 (the cover story "Girl Crazy") where he admitted to being a pedo by gushing over his latest "love" a 15 year old who he met through a modeling contest he ran. And it later came out that she was 14 when he started molesting her.
Trump then became business partners with Casablancas, and hosted that same contest a few years in a row.
Then Trump got into beauty pageants.
In 1998 or so, the BBC did an invesrtigation into Elite, but because they had a deadline, they played fast and loose with facts, which led to a lawsuit and no one going to prison, or even being charged.
Still, the investigation forced Casablancas out of Elite, which is when Trump founded Trump Model Management.
Epstein and Brunel got together to form MC2 a few years later.
Casablancas died in 2012, hiding from US authorities on a Trump owned property in Brazil. (I think it was cancer)

I appreciate the added details, and that Trump was involved in this "teen modeling" world quite earlier than his agencies foundation in in 1999, which he kept it going until he was President in 2017?
"Trump Model Management, later shortened to T Management, was a New York City-based modeling agency founded by Donald Trump as T Models in 1999. It was closed by Trump in April 2017, shortly after he became U.S. president.[1][2]

This was just two years after Ghislaine Maxwell 'introduced Trump to' Anouska De Georgiou, who has testified that she was trafficked by Epstein and Maxwell.
Donald Trump has fallen under the spell of a 20-year-old English girl.
Trump, 50, [...] met London model Anouska De Georgiou at a party in Manhattan.
Several American millionaires already had their eyes on Anouska, but she was there with Robert Maxwell's daughter Ghislaine, who has introduced several of her attractive friends to the property developer.
[...]
After their meeting, Trump flew Madam Maxwell and the model south to the sunshine state, where all three enjoyed a happy weekend together. When they returned to New York, Anouska was installed in one of Donald's many apartments there.
•
u/m0ngoos3 6h ago
Yup.
This goes into more detail.
It's from 2016, and doesn't mention Epstein, because Epstein was not a public figure in any of this shit.

Why it’s not being investigated is blindingly obvious, a co conspirator is in the oval office and set the fbi on burying this
200
u/Voting101 8h ago
Oh it goes deeper than that. Melania Trump used to work for Brunel at Karin Models. That’s where she started her modeling career and also most likely how she met Trump and why they are all connected now.
•
u/AggressiveAnt7613 6h ago
are you saying Melania was a 403? somehow i find that completely believeable
•
u/HeftySnow3920 7h ago
Correct, French govt was circling the wagons on Brunel then he decided to kill himself
•
•
u/phatelectribe 6h ago
There’s a great documentary on Brunel (in French with dubbing / subtitles) on how he was one of the very early people to funnel girls to Epstein.
Ghislaine was living in Paris in the 80’s when Brunel was the big model agent and the two of them became friends as he opened doors for her. She introduced him to Epstein and by the 90’s they up to their necks in it, with Brunel going to Lolita island at least 25 times.
Over time he then got accused of multiple rapes and had to flee to NY, by which time Ghislaine was already living there and they reconnected, and Epstein gave him $1m to found a new modelling agency which was little more than a trafficking front for minors.
It was actually Virginia Giuffre (Prince Andrew) who first accused Brunel of working with Epstein and French authorities had arrested him trying to flee to Senegal.

Brunel committed suicide in a French prison. I don't know why dumbasses need there to be a conspiracy around it.
He sat in prison awaiting trial for a few years, tried to commit suicide, was given bail and house arrest, fucked up badly enough to be sent back to prison, tried to commit suicide again, failed, then later tried again successfully.

Someone else said it first, but:
Hypothetically if someone was accused of having sex with goats by over 30 different people and regularly denied it, but also dropped very public hints about how much he liked to have sex with goats for decades, and ran a goat pageant to find the best looking goats, and was best friends with someone who got convicted of fucking goats and trafficking goats to friends all over the world who also liked to fuck goat, and his name was in the classified goat fucker chronicles 5,000 times, and he wished other goat fuckers well in prison, what do you think the odds are that person is also a goat fucker?

•
u/Michael_G_Bordin 5h ago
It's cliche, but they voted for the leopard to eat some faces. As long as it's not their face. And now, how many of his voters are complaining? All the Gen Z internet-addled youths are regretting their vote because Mr. "No New Wars" has started some shit that might lead to conscription. Not like anyone told them Trump II would be a disaster...
I think a lot of world leaders are still trying to be diplomatic, but they're not the Democratic Party. Trump keeps pulling a "Lucy" and yanking the football at the last second. They're not "Charlie" and they're gonna get sick of it and start pushing back. Europe is already done with his shit, and Canada is now pushing back.
It's going exactly as we said it would, and I have very little room to forgive his voters for inflicting this predictable mess upon the world. How fucking dumb do you have to be to see Trump and think, "Yeah, that guy! He'll fix everything!" Trump could barely fix a prize fight.
•

Especially because you literally have zero "I didn't know he would do THAT" to fall on.

Have you talked to many Trump supporters? Like really talked?
Some of them are terrible people who don't care what happens to anybody else as long as they get "theirs" and/or can laugh at someone else.
Some of them truly believe his vision and his methods are the key to making America eutopia.
Some of them don't know what the hell is going on ever, and probably couldn't tell you who Epstein was, and definitely not Jack Smith.
But many of them- MOST from my experience - live in a different reality than you and me. It is the upside down. It is opposite day 365 days a year. And they have NO IDEA that their world is fake. Take 2 minutes and scroll thru the headlines in the Politics section of the Fox News website. It all sounds so believable if you pretend you know nothing else. Imagine if that was all you heard in every gym, bar, doctor's office. It's the "truth" people discuss with their coworkers and their families at the dinner table. It's what you read about in your social media circles. Unless you have some very strong outside influence acting upon you, you WILL believe that that is the world. And you will vote for Republicans.

It's Massie. Performative outrage is his speciality just like with Rand Paul.
What's crazy is how much he's been burned by the rest of the party and yet he still refuses to actually add bite to his bark. Just the perfect little GOP dog.

•
u/alt-227 California 7h ago
Some people take it very seriously:
I had a hybrid humanities/economics class in HS where we read a bunch of “influential” books, developed a paradigm for each book, and then applied those paradigms to other works. It was taught by two teachers, and those guys were both libertarian assholes. They freaking loved The Fountainhead and took advantage of their authority to try to turn everyone in their classes into libertarians.
In theory, the class was a cool idea. I don’t really remember all the paradigms or subsequent works we used. The idea was to take something like Dune (we watched the movie in class) and analyze it from the perspective of objectivism, Marxism, or capitalism. Unfortunately, these guys made sure to always push everyone into concluding that objectivism was the best thing ever…43
u/chainer3000 8h ago
He’s constantly attacking the GOP on twitter, sometimes by extension Trump. I wonder why he didn’t do so here. He seemed to be taking the MTG path of trying to seem middle of the road without taking a definitive, permanent swing at Trump
I agree, almost everything is performative with these people

He also voted party line GOP (aka Whatever Daddy Wants, Daddy Gets) at a higher rate than literally anybody else in Congress right now.
•
u/littlerob904 7h ago
I don't think that's a fair take. While I agree that he is performing, that doesn't mean its disingenuous. Trump has shown that his cult will defend him at all costs regardless of what he does. Building outrage surrounding Trump may be more effective in the long run than directing it right at him. If you can bring down the support system around him (Donors and GOP Leaders) he will eventually crumble under his own weight. The goal here is to flip congress in the midterms, pushing blame on GOP leadership helps that effort.

Background & Relationship to Epstein
- Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor (Prince Andrew): The former Duke of York and a member of the British royal family. He was a longtime associate of Epstein and faced a civil sexual assault lawsuit from Epstein survivor Virginia Giuffre (which was settled out of court).
- Daniel Siad: A model scout and modeling industry figure. His name previously appeared in Epstein-related records; he was found dead near Paris.
- David Copperfield: A world-famous American stage magician. He was a known acquaintance of Epstein, and his name has previously appeared in unsealed flight logs and deposition records.
- Edoardo Teodorani-Fabbri: An Italian businessman and a member of the extended Agnelli family (owners of Fiat). He was a personal associate of Epstein.
- Frédéric Fekkai: A high-profile celebrity hair stylist and entrepreneur. His name appeared in Epstein's address books and related social registries.
- Glenn Dubin: A billionaire American hedge fund manager. He and his wife were close personal friends with Epstein for years, and Epstein records alleged various social and financial overlaps.
- Jean-Luc Brunel: A prominent French modeling agent and model scout. He was a close associate of Epstein accused of procuring young girls for the network. Brunel died by suicide in a French prison while awaiting trial on sexual assault charges.
- James "Jes" Staley: A prominent American banker and former CEO of Barclays. He maintained a deep professional and personal relationship with Epstein during his tenure at JPMorgan Chase, which served as Epstein's primary bank.
- Lapo Elkann: An Italian businessman, creative director, and grandson of late Fiat CEO Gianni Agnelli. He was among the European elite associated socially with Epstein.
- Leon Black: A billionaire investor and the co-founder/former CEO of Apollo Global Management. Black paid Epstein tens of millions of dollars for tax and financial planning services well after Epstein's 2008 solicitation conviction.
- Les Wexner: The billionaire retail mogul behind L Brands (Victoria's Secret). Wexner was Epstein's primary billionaire client and close benefactor in the 1990s and early 2000s, handing over vast control of his personal finances to Epstein.
- Lesley Groff: Jeffrey Epstein's longtime personal executive assistant. Federal investigative documents previously identified her as an alleged co-conspirator due to her scheduling and administrative control over Epstein's daily activities.
- Ramsey Elkholy: An academic and model agent who was socially associated with Epstein's circle.
- Tom Pritzker: A billionaire businessman and the executive chairman of Hyatt Hotels. His name appeared in unsealed depositions from Epstein lawsuits regarding personal and social interactions.

David Copperfield is wild.
When the docs were released a few months ago, I was randomly clicking a bunch and saw several email from him.
From what I saw, it seemed he was part of getting the girls over here (from eastern Europe from what I saw) - he wrote letters of recommendation to the government so the women could be approved (visas, whatever) to come to the US. The letters were basically "these are uniquely talented people I need for my magic shows and can't find anyone similar in the US". Just blatant lies to get them over here - and I'm sure a letter coming from a successful performer carries a lot more weight.

Honestly ... just by the way he dressed (and his vibe), I wasn't entirely surprised. His style came off "peacock-y." Very Tate vibes.
(Peacocking is pick-artist term for decking yourself out in a way to stand out and attract women -- like a peacock. There's a whole subculture of this, which is why you see pimps in overly-exaggerated fur coats decked out in jewelry)

While true, there’s a certain vibe that is given off that other stage magicians don’t, even the ones that do big acts like him. I will admit that seeing David Copperfield and looking back on how he acts, it seems to track and makes sense he’s on the list. I wouldn’t be surprised if Cris Angel ends up on the list, or David Blaine. Those two also put out that same vibe.
The ones I would be surprised and sadden to see on the list would be Penn & Teller, Piff, The Amazing Jonathan (RIP), or Lucy Darling.

Fucking Lesley Groff went on a pity party House Oversight Commission deposition whining about how she received death threats and her friends abandoned her. Mind you, she was scheduling underage girls for “massages” for 13 years after Epstein was arrested for soliciting a prostitute, rumored to be a minor. Claims she didn’t know the masseuses were minors despite receiving pictures of them.
Her quote after saying she couldn’t eat or sleep anymore - "But what I cannot and should not live with are the false innuendos and accusations that I knowingly aided his evil conduct,"
Yes, that’s the part you can’t live with, not that you sent hundreds of young girls to be raped and violated over 18 years when it was right in front of your fucking face. Fuck her.

Just a friendly reminder that Donald Bar, who hired Epstein to teach at a college he was not qualified to teach at, wrote a book about space aliens enslaving teenagers for sex. You can still find this book on Amazon linked below. The second review from "Christian" in 2019 tells you all you need to know about the book
The review for easy viewing:
I have a copy of this book. It is a really badly written book whose only excuse seems to be to refer to human trafficking and sex slavery either as an appeal to prurient interests - in which case it fails, or to relate reminiscences in fiction, or possibly as a payoff, because the dialogue and connecting thoughts are lacking, as well as any real plot even after half the book is read.
The writer seems to like putting everything in terms of girls, and boys, and children, even when the scenes do not necessarily (but often do) involve kids. So while for instance the 14 year old girl getting raped in the first few chapters is really supposed to be 14, the hero of the book in danger of being sodomized - 'bend down kid and make it good' (sic) is not supposed to be a kid. It is that way throughout the book. They are either labeled like they are children (the queen was a 'child'), or actually boys or girls. So it pretty much starts with the word "naked" and goes down from there.
It is pretty shocking a headmaster of a school would write this junk. It's not the only low grade sf story out there with this non-writing in it - but they are always bad reads. exploitation novel at best, says something about the writer regardless.

Just a reminder: Thomas Massie voted the way Trump wanted 84% of the time.
He's pulling the "redeemable Republican" schtick now because the tide has turned. Don't allow ANY of them to get away with it.
Edit: Hey folks? I am so thoroughly, thoroughly uninterested in the "well what about" shit.
If your boyfriend punches you in the stomach as hard as he can day after day after day and then the one day you mention you might tell somebody he buys you a cookie, you don't celebrate him for the cookie. You recognize that the one nice thing he's doing is so that he can go back to being an abusive dickhead as quickly as possible without scrutiny.
Every. Single. Republican currently serving in office deserves absolutely no credit for any decent thing they do. If they were decent people, they'd have turned on Trump the minute he went open bigot on the escalator platform in 2015. They licked his boots then and they continued to lick his boots no matter how much they got covered in shit. They're only showing signs of stopping now so they can have the slightest shred of an opportunity to avoid accountability when the levers of government reverse in favor of sanity and the only reason they'd do that is so they can get back into power or make money or both.
None of them, not one single bootlicker, is doing it because they found a conscious. These are the same people that would have said "it was a different time, we just didn't think slavery was wrong but we know better now" 150 years ago, despite it having always been wrong to enslave other humans. Do. Not. Buy. It.

Just worth noting that Massie himself has reminded republicans several times that he almost always votes within party lines. He’s not hiding it or anything, so I’ve never had any real expectations for him beyond this one issue

He’s a right winger but not a cultist. That’s a step up from just about everyone else in his party. You can give credit where it’s due and disagree on the rest.

But he's not a true believer. He's one of the only Republicans who thinks Republicans shouldn't be above the law. Which is why they had to target him for removal. Republicans don't tolerate people like Masse.

Yeah, a bad person has the ability to do a good thing. If someone is somehow saying that Massie is now a 100% unimpeachable good guy by doing the work on one issue, they're just dumb.

That’s why it’s important to remind people who these politicians really are, like the comment you replied too is doing

I find the names very interesting, especially Les Wexner who was probably the Epstein operation handler and funder. That's the really big fish.
It's all going to come out. Information wants to be free.

Wexner gave Epstein power of attorney and allowed him to purchase anything he wanted and to control his businesses in any way he saw fit. Pretty odd behavior for any billionaire.

I think this relationship gets to the heart of the Epstein scandal.
The impression I get is that Epstein was running a freelance blackmail operation on the global market.
Les Wexner also seemed interested in advancing the interests of Israel, so he strengthened the pipeline to Mossad.
One interesting question is, what did the FBI know and when? Which is to say, why did the FBI seem protect Epstein? This is the question Seymour Hirsch is asking. Hirsch seems to be suggesting that, whatever the reasons for the FBI going soft on Epstein initially, over time it became a matter of self protection.
I think it's a good thing that Les Wexner gets a lot of attention. He's the key.

Selectively naming people that you feel should be prosecuted while hiding the entire list is a severe red flag.

I think he forgot a pretty important 15th name, it should've been the first one.

We all know Massie is going to go out like a lamb until his term is up. He literally could shake the foundations of the world by releasing everything but no.

So was the leader of the Republican Party on this list or has he conveniently left him out?

I think we already knew most of these names. Also, he conveniently didn't mention Trump. Performative bullshit to get back in the news.

There’s a cartoon where two cavemen are commenting on fire. One says the smoke gets everyone’s attention but it is the fire that has potential. I am paraphrasing here. Given the participation of so many high value individuals, is it possible that an under age ring of sexual offenders/predators is the “smoke” but the real value is the potential for money laundering. The Epstein files fuel the fire and the longer it burns over time, the less there will be to discover.
Pedophilia is HORRIBLE and should dealt with in the harshest manner allowed by law. The potential money laundering becomes very complex and considerably more difficult to investigate given the many multiple participants and purposeful obfuscation of tenuous connections.

Oh come on! Trump was the Epstein bestie for at least 15 years! There's horrendous allegations against him but he didn't get a mention on this list?! A cowardly disappointment.

Name. Them. All.
I see hedge fund guys, disgraced former royals, and a magician. A disappointedly short list at that. This is all performative. I have no interest in Massie and his reformed Republican nonsense.

There's no evidence of Copperfield doing anything wrong. He threw a sheet over all the files about him and POOF. Disappeared like the Statue of Liberty
