No, democrats use it more. The ratio is about 2:1 for Dems v republican

True but young democrats are informed and mobile. They will find a way to overcome the mail issue while older GOP voters won’t believe it will affect them.

Like Covid, they will not believe it affects them personally until after they discover their ballot wasn’t tallied - if they are even notified about their discarded vote at all.
