For anyone wondering, it's just a rebrand of the Nazi "everything we hate is secretly run by the Jews" conspiracy theories into a "everything we hate is secretly run by the communists (who are secretly run by the Jews)" conspiracy theory, with the anti-Jewish hate removed by one step but still absolutely in there. It has the typical fascist connecting thread of painting the secret enemies as omnipresent and all-powerful, yet also weak enough to be defeated by just being a manly man who flexes hard enough.
