When you are in a position where you could control or strongly influence the result? Yes thats the whole reason Kalshi banned her permanently because it was a clear conflict of interest and the FTC is supposed to investigate shit like this

By your logic a baseball player who takes a dive to purposely lose a game after betting his team would lose isnt committing a crime
