Pool Help & Questions Help with auto fill

Hi everyone, I just started to serve this pool and the home owner told me his autofill is over flowing the pool and idk if the sensor is bad or what. Any help is really appreciate it

There are many things that could be affecting the issue but if you just started to service this pool, don't you have a maintenance manager or someone to help and even show you how to diagnose the problem?

No at this time, I don’t have to fix myself I can pass the task, but if it’s no impossible I would like to perform and try to solve it and have the commission for the repair

The valve could be sticking. The power and source to the valve could be bad. The sensor could be bad. The power and source to the sensor could be bad. You'll need a multimeter to do a proper diagnosis. A good piece of advice I was given that's true for diagnostics and everything in general is: "The problem lies where the power dies."
