I like what you did with the colors. I wonder if it would be too much going on if you brought the shadows out of the people?

I think it would be stronger if you accentuated the existing falls of light rather than try to create new ones. As it currently stands the fall off and placement of light is not consistent and it looks somewhat unnatural and distracting.

It's a good composition with nice leading lines but your dodging and burning is actually taking away from that.
