What i like
It gives a cyber/tron/movies vibes
But the tall buiding if u ok with this suggestion but entirely up to u. Can be brighten to be in middle of your main cyan bright building and the sky dark blue

Way too blue for my taste. If you’re going to do the blue and orange thing imo a dot of orange in the far bottom right of the frame is not gonna cut it.
