My Aunt Tonia is missing. She is having a mental breakdown and not in her right mind. In her right mind shes a loving mother, sister, daughter, and an amazing author. Please be on the look out for her and call police if found!

Poulsbo is a Hallmark Movie town with delicious food, amazing views, great weather, and great wildlife photo opportunities! We just spent the week there, thanks for having us!!

Hello, I am in my 20s moving to Poulsbo next week! I am very excited but nervous, anything I should know before? The ferry? What’s grocery shopping like? Town markets ? Nightlife ? Thank you in advance, I’m looking forward to be apart of the community.

With Western Red closing, is there a weekly cribbage night taking place anywhere?! I need some cribbage community in my life!

Partner and I are driving down from Bellingham for a couple nights’ stay somewhere around Port Townsend or Poulsbo. What would you do with your 2-3 days? Looking for activity/nature recs, but also food and drink recs. Basically map out what you wouldn’t miss on your next visit. Thanks!

It's amazing how some people are quick to call the police over a neighbor legally parked on a public street, yet think it's perfectly acceptable to leave their own vehicles parked on the street day after day while their driveway sits empty. The mentality of, "It's in front of my house, so it's mine." Stupid! It's a PUBLIC street that we all pay for. The entitlement is unbelievable

Being a good neighbor means showing a little patience, respect, and common sense. Law enforcement should be focused on real emergencies and issues that actually impact public safety and not being dispatched because someone is upset about a car parked where it's is LEGALLY allowed to be.

Before making that call, ask yourself: Is this really a problem? Are they blocking your driveway? Impeding traffic? Creating a safety hazard? 🙄 If the answer is no, maybe try a conversation instead. A little neighborly communication goes a lot further than wasting taxpayer dollars on something that could have been handled like adults.

Who knew adulting would be so difficult for so many people! It's really sad.

Open to trying non-alcoholic wine products
No food or beverage allergies
Own a smartphone with photo capabilities
What will you do?

• Complete a brief screening (3–5 minutes)
• Visit a selected retail or liquor store in your area
• Complete a short mobile survey while shopping
• Take a few photos during your shopping experience
• Purchase one non-alcoholic sparkling beverage product
• Try the product at home
• Complete a follow-up survey about your experience

Compensation
Receive $40 for successfully completing the study requirements.
Referral Bonus
Earn an additional $5 for each person you refer who qualifies and completes the study.

Hi I love gathering Acorns in fall and the only tree I know that has some isnt always available, do you know any tress in the public areas like trails that have some oak trees that I would be able to get some this fall.

First time Raddit Poster, so hopefully I am doing it right!

I am seriously considering moving to Poulsbo with my kiddos and husband (late 30s couple with baby's). My Husband is from Seattle and I am from California. I have always pictured living in a city as I always have but now that I have kids I am feeling pulled to a smaller town with charm. We relocated to Portland and have found it hard to find our community. Realistically we financially we would have to live a little farther out maybe 10 minutes. Would love to hear about life in Poulsbo. Areas you recommend and how easy it might be to find friends in our stage of life.

Bonus any other town ideas near water, with charm.

RAINIER FOR ROBERT UPDATE: The reward for any information has been increased to $50,000

29 months ago on December 8th 2023, my cousin Robert Rathvon was tragically killed in a hit and run in Poulsbo, Washington by an unknown person. Robert's death has impacted my entire family in ways that I will never be able to articulate. 

About one week after his death, I took to Reddit and posted about it as much as I could. The outpouring of support and sympathy floored myself, my family, and especially Roberts parents. 

Although it’s been 29 months with no answers as to who killed him, I refuse to give up the search or let his memory die. This is why I’ve begun a personal mission to climb as many peaks as I can in the state of Washington and taking a picture with his Crime Stoppers poster at the top. I will do this in preparation to climb Washington's largest peak this summer, Mount Rainier, with his photo at the top. 

You guys were so helpful and your support renewed my faith in people after such an event that, to this day, hurts my soul. I will link a news article about him below if you are interested in learning more. We all want answers and we want this person found. I'm a traveling healthcare professional on a 10-month assignment in the Poulsbo area. Looking for an unfurnished 3-bed / 1.5-bath for my family (2 kids, a small dog, and potentially one extra adult). Ideally, within the public school district perimeter, but open to anywhere in the area. Having a hard time finding good options on the usual rental sites for a 10-month term — I've already reached out to Woodcreek and Norland Trails, but would love to hear opinions on either or any other leads. Does anyone know of landlords, property managers, or realtors open to shorter-term arrangements? Any feedback appreciated!

Visiting friends Poulsbo in August for a week. We have never been to the PNW. What are the must see places in the area within say a 1.5 hr drive. We love seeing great scenery and also like to do some hiking nothing crazy, maybe up to 6 miles …..we are no longer young! Lol
