My deadlifts are back to the level of two months ago before a bunch of health and life stuff really messed things up. Squat is almost there, bench needs work still.

Also getting the hang of sumo dl and it seems to me much better suited to my body proportions than traditional

Gotten 3 weeks in the gym in a row after some sort of back injury and life (namely 700+ mile move) resulted in a month and a half off. One decent side effect was being able to get back down to the weight I want to compete at.

Actually doing my prescribed core work and enjoying being back

190kg/420lbs for a 5kg TnG bench pr at 73kg/161lbs, poop form but I'll take the win.

Got past a personal best that was stuck since 2022 because of a bunch of stuff. Just finished a 3 month single ply adventure so that might have brought some carryover.
