How long before the interview should I start prep?

Other than the SDN questions, how should I prepare for interviews? And what attitude should we hold during them? What should our mentality be going into the interview?

I found talking back and forth with chat gpt super helpful when doing my prep. I also didn’t prep a whole lot though because I didn’t want anything to sound super rehearsed. Schools want to see your personality so I think it’s important to be genuine with your answers but also loosen up and have fun with it too. They already know your stats r good enough to get the interview now they just want to see your character in person!!
