Hallo zusammen,

wir sind eine kleine Familie mit drei Personen und haben unser Traumgrundstück in Niederösterreich gefunden. Wir möchten darauf ein kleines Fertighaus in Holzbauweise mit 74 m² Wohnfläche + 16 m² Terrasse bauen lassen.

Wir sind dabei auf einige interessante Angebote von verschiedenen Firmen gestoßen, unter anderem auch von Perlimmo Kft.

Hat jemand von euch vielleicht Erfahrungen mit dieser Firma? Wir wären für jede Rückmeldung sehr dankbar!

It was everything after specific to my site: who builds this, do they deliver to my state, how much to deliver, what's a realistic price range, and is there a real walkthrough somewhere instead of a promo reel? You Tube is great, but is not location specific.

• A delivery map: drop a pin and see which builders deliver to your area. This saves a lot of heartbreak over homes that turn out not to ship to your state.
• Real walkthrough videos, linked to the original creators (Kerry Tarnow, Levi Kelly, Living Big In A Tiny House, Kirsten Dirksen), so you can tour a home before ever contacting a builder.
• Visual browsing by what draws you in: cabins, compact homes, backyard ADUs, family-sized homes, and architectural designs - my newest upgrade.

Is it perfect? No, but I'm trying to create an enduring helpful resource. I'm looking for feedback to improve it. I think it is one of a kind. Similar ones have existed in the past, yet tend to fall out of date quickly.

Happy to answer questions about any builder on the list. And if you know a manufacturer that should be on it, or spot a link or delivery detail that's out of date, tell me and I'll fix it. Corrections from people actually researching builds are what keep it useful.

Aloha! I’m looking to build a modular home on the island of Maui in Hawaii. Components need to be shipped via ocean freight in shipping containers. Can anyone advocate for business that produces prefab/modular homes suitable for shipment to Hawaii?

Also would be good if the engineering/architectural plans can be adapted to Hawaii

I’m considering building a house with NOVAHAUS (http://novahaus.at) Austria and would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has dealt with them.

I’m interested in both positive and negative experiences, especially regarding:
- Build quality
- Timelines / delays
- Communication during construction
- Unexpected costs or changes
- Handling of defects / warranty claims
- Overall customer experience

If you built with them, would you do it again? Any first-hand experience would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve also come across a negative report about NOVAHAUS from Bauherrenhilfe (https://bauherrenhilfe.org/vorsicht/achtung-novahaus-gmbh⁠), not really sure what it means.
