Before/After Pics First timer

First timer here trying my equipment out on my mom’s patio. Looking to start a business. Used 3 percent SH out of a garden sprayer let it sit for 10 mins. 4.2 GPM predator pressure washer, Westinghouse surface cleaner. Any tips?? Thanks.

Looks good. Might be able to get some of that orange staining up with a rust remover, if you were trying to learn that too.

Also, before anyone says it, those are not surface cleaner lines. That's uneven wear from the joists above. LOL

Edit: Maybe rehit that retaining wall with some 4 - 6 % real quick and leave it. That will clean up that green.
