That's a tough one. It could be Python for just being a wrapper around native libraries. It could be PHP because it feels like a satire language. It could be JavaScript because who in their right mind would come up with that? It could be Java for running on more than 3 billion devices. It probably could also be any of the other ones, I don't know...

Technically it's HTML as it's a Declarative Language at best (personally I don't think it's a language at all but a data structure, but the Curriculum says otherwise) and the others are Imperative Languages.
