Procore Stories

What are some of your best Procore stories? There have got to be some good ones out there. I'm on a project where my scope is pretty much finished but the RFIs and submittals are just killing the other consultants, mainly because ID was on a later timeline. We're just over 800 RFIs now and some of the others are joking that once we get to 1000 we have to do something to mark the occasion. Like drag the contractor through some silly submittal process just for fun and maybe a bit of payback. Not sure if we'll actually do it but fun to think about.

I’ve never liked Procore because they charge you a % of your revenue for licensing. I’ve worked with companies paying hundreds of thousands a year to Procore which is insane.

800 RFIs is insane, that's like watching a slow motion train wreck but you already got off at your stop

we had a project hit 600 and the PM started printing every single one and making a wall of shame in the trailer, people would come in just to see the new additions like it was some kind of gallery opening

if you hit 1000 you should absolutely do something stupid, maybe submit an RFI asking if the door hinges are left handed or right handed just to watch the contractor lose their mind
