Firmware upgrades?

So I just got a GBSC Pro and PSxMemCard Gen2 from bitfunx and was wondering if there are any custom firmwares that people are using to get the most out of these. Thanks in advance!

For GBSC PRO, I recommend Brisma 2.4.1 because the original firmware isn't updated. As for PsxMemCard, I don't think there's a custom firmware. You can update the firmware and create custom splash screens, including the welcome screen and individual game splash screens, on the sd2psxtd website. Sorry for my English.
