PLEASE HELP!!

hi so i recently bought a ps3 from game stop and iv been up all night trying to mod this thing ( iv never done this before ) iv managed to get hen on the device but if i need any other software or anything im missing in order to download and run ps2 and ps1 and ps 3 games. i have a usb flash drive and i have some games downloaded in “ .iso “ format but they wont open / run / play everytime i try to open it on the ps3. i will link the error image below. someone please help me because i bought this for me and my little brother in hopes of playing a lot of games, iv been up all night trying to do this and honestly im at a point where im thinking of returning it and just buying a modded one online from someone. reddit is my last hope so PLEASE!! i also included the type i have because idk if i have a compatible version for CFW / Evil Nat. oh and also im on 4.93. everytime i would try to run a game it says “ Error! HEN does not support PS2 ISO

If you're using HEN, you need to encrypt your PS2 ISO and convert it to a PKG.

But because you have a 2000 model, you can install CFW instead, which does let you mount PS2 ISOs directly without doing anything else.

For PS3 ISOs and PS1 .bin/.cue's it should let you mount them with no problems. Is more convenient with webMAN.

do you have a video recommendation on how i can do this from scratch? if i can do CFW, what steps do i need to follow exactly? I already have a site for the games, so how exactly do i get them to be playable on the ps3?

I haven't installed CFW on a PS3 if i'm being honest with you.

Still, this guide can be useful https://consolemods.org/wiki/PS3:Getting_Started and if you need a videoguide, MrMario2011 is the one who knows about installing CFW.

For ISOs, you simply drag them on their corresponding folders (PS3 games on PS3ISO, PS2 games on PS2ISO and so on). webMAN gets the job done easily.

Watch the Mr Mario video on YouTube, just search cfw 4.93 it’s a very basic step by step process to get full cfw on the most recent ps3 firmware

Use ps3tool.com (not ps3toolset) for CFW. Currently it's best tool for this.
