Can someone please recommend a website that has printable full color CD labels for PS1 games? I recebtly got an Epson Expression Premium XP-7100 injet printer that includes a tray for printing directly onto a CD/DVD label.

Hi! I’m trying to get the best results burning PS1 games on black Ritek CD-Rs.

• Media: Ritek, ATIP 97m15s17f
• Burner: LG GCE-8520B IDE, firmware 1.00
• ImgBurn: 1x, 4x and 8x all got stuck at “Writing LeadIn”
• Alcohol only shows 8x minimum
• Another burner I have can burn at 4x, and these same discs work perfectly.

I’m mainly concerned about FMV and audio skipping, so I’m looking for the best burner/speed combination for these Ritek discs.

Any recommendations for old IDE burners that work well with Ritek/PS1?

So I have this problem with my memory card where I am able to save the game, load the game within in the game. But every time when I turn off my console, the the save files are gone and the memory card is empty.

When I play Crash 3 Warped for example, every single time when I save the game I need to format the memory card. I've already tried to clean it too.

The memory card is a 3rd party card (Gamester 1 Mb).

Is my card corrupted or is the battery completely dead inside? Do I need to get a new card or is there anyway to hard reset the card?

Hit with a nostalgia bug and recently bought a PSone, refurbished (seriously, it looks damn good). Guy guaranteed a modchip.
So I went ahead and got myself some CD-Rs, an upscaler, a burner, the works.

Console reads OG games just fine, but doesn't read a 10x or 16x write speed backup at all.

I'm about to open it up to find out if there actually is a modchip installed. Any other troubleshooting I could do?

I’ve read online that this could be an issue related to disc resurfacing, the game starts up and everything I’m just wondering what this could be from, or if it can cause issues like disc skipping and stuff like that

Hello im new to burning ps1 games and Im trying to burn a game and play it on my ps1 (scph-7002) with tonyhax international (1.6.3 freepsxboot slot 2 https://alex-free.github.io/tonyhax-international/ ) and before that freepsxboot (unirom) and I'm using an ASUS SDRW-08D2S-U but when i try to play it, i get few errors and then it fails im getting Disc error type D code 12*, Disc error type D code 22*, failed to read. error 16, cd init error, failed to read sector, open error 2 and the verify errors while verifying tried speeds 4x, 10x 16x, 24x and AWS (which for a while worked) i tried maxell cd-r and verbatim azo cd-r and it doesnt work (well it loaded one time out of the many) i downloaded the games from:
