Is there any reliable way to make bp without a ball mill?

I haven’t tried it my self so I don’t know but I know that it gives the fastest Bp you an pretty much get unless you pucking and what not

CIA method with good charcoal yielded BP as fast as I could make with ball mill and without a hydraulic press. It was quite adequate for lifting shells & etc..

Barbecue charcoal in a coffee grinder, potassium nitrate and sulfur. 15/75/10. Works fine

You can very carefully hand grind it with a metal cup and a wooden dowel rod. Or a cheap mortar and pestle, but that will ruin the mortar and pestle.
