Discussion Repeated Error Code When Downloading Remotely

Hi all,

Just setting up "QbitController on my Android.

Managed to log in and view my previous torrents. I use the search function on QBitorrent to search Piratebay, Limetorrents, and YTS. I used the same on the app, searching for the material in the screenshot. When I add it, I get this.

Any ideas?

Are the bad ones only from LT? They had some issues recently.

This was a limitation of qBittorrent. Since qBittorrent didn’t expose certain functionality to third-party clients, searching and downloading from some sources didn’t work.

Starting with qBittorrent 5.2.0, this functionality is now exposed, but qBitController doesn’t support it yet. It will work once this PR is merged.
