Breaking in from sell-side

I'm interested to break into actual quant trading. Right now, I've done quant research at a very big bank for 3 years. Before that, I double-majored in CS+pure math at a top US school (no grad school).

What sorts of roles/firms do I have a chance of? And is there anything you all would recommend to improve chances beyond the normal probability/math problem interview prep?
