Was shuffling about to random strips and got reminded of a sequence where Renee hooks up with formerly "shitty" Dan. They agree to do a long distance relationship. That was starting around strip 4350 to around strip 4500.

Now it's 1400 strips later, and I can't remember hearing about or seeing Dan since then. Honestly, I don't know the last time the audience saw Renee, either. Did she ghost him (given her character, believable)? Move to his city? Break up amicably? Still doing the distance thing for... idk a year or so?

This popped up when I first got on the site, and then again when I opened another comic.

Doesn't he have merch and a Patreon? I honestly think all art pages should avoid ads, because they mess with the visual experience.
