I have been on phenibut for about a year and a half… most recently have done a slow taper with Somatomax. I don’t exactly know dosage but it is for sure .3g once at night or less. I feel fine other than I cannot sleep. Any advice did this happen to anyone?? I feel like I can stop taking phenibut and be fine it’s just the sleep at night.
