Advice Needed dog gets aggressive when other dog reverse sneezes, sneezes a lot, or throws up?

So for my dogs we are seeing a veterinary behaviorist for my dogs fighting. The aggressor is currently on clonidine 0.4mg a day. We have been able to manage pretty well (feeding seperately, more enrichment), but recently if my mellow dog is sneezing a lot, or reverse sneezes or throws up the aggressor will growl and try to fight the mellow dog. My concern is the mellow dog is almost 7 and the agressor dog is 1 so i anticipe in the future the mellow dog is gonna get sick sometimes so i do not want this to keep happening. Is this something we could train out of or the medicine will help?

Could you provide more info on the dogs? Sexes, size, breeds? It’s possible that the aggressor dog is taking advantage of the mellow dog when they perceive that the mellow dog is more vulnerable, i.e. getting sick. Are you working with a trainer as well? I don’t think I’d be letting these dogs interact without a carefully planned and managed approach of gradual reintroduction.
