Should I accept this position?

So have been job searching for over year and doing part time job

I applied to a recruiter and they put me for a part time job 15-20 dollars an hour and 50 min transit from me

beggars can't be choosers so should I accept

At current gas prices, why is that part time job better than local ones? Because, that sounds like at least a $40 commute.
