Red Dead Online September 2026 Monthly Rewards, Unlockable Clothes and More

Hello everyone!

Here is a rundown of the new Red Dead Online rewards that were just announced for the month of September (From Sept 1 – Oct 5)

Moonshiner Sales - 3X RDO$, Role XP, and XP
Moonshiner Story Missions - same triple bonus
Free Roam Missions - 3X rewards
Featured Series - 3X rewards

Complete Challenges to Get Returning Limited-Time Clothing

Gunslingers at Rank 50 or higher will receive the Zapatero Outfit and the Golden Spirit Buckle upon playing Red Dead Online anytime this month. Moonshiners will receive the Emerald Ranch and Falls Moonshiner Bar Photographs upon logging in.

On top of Triple Rewards, winning the Featured Series will earn you the tan Porter Jacket, while completing any three Daily Challenges gets you the black and red Carbow Double Bandolier.

3X RDO$ and XP on Free Roam Missions

Be on the lookout for Strangers in need of aid as you travel — you’ll receive 3X RDO$ and XP for lending a helping hand in Free Roam Missions this month.

Community-Inspired Outfit

Shoutout to u/nerdygeekybisaya for getting their outfit featured! You can Claim these outfit pieces for free from the Wheeler, Rawson & Co. Catalogue through October 5:

Basically the whole event is built around getting people back into the Moonshiner role and grinding it out through free roam and story content, with the multiplier applied broadly rather than just one activity.

Hair and Beard Color Changer	Allows you to change the color of Arthur's and John's hair on the fly.

👔 Outfit / Clothing Mods

Catalogue Improvements (CI)	Foundational wardrobe overhaul — fixes clipping, restores cut variety
Eastern Epics + Whyem's +GFA Merge	One of the most famous outfit mods for RDR2 this includes 3 outfit mods merged into one. Unfortunately not compatible with CI but if you like the clothes and customization certainly use this.
MisterFunnyGuy's Suits Boutique	Adds grey/black/beige/pinstripe high-society three-piece suits
Hip Holster	Mod that allows you to use the Police Hip Holster at all times, plus includes the satchel and pistol bullets remover.
Remove Off-Hand Holster	A Simple mod that removes the off-hand holster so you can have a clean outfit while still able to use dual wielding.
Ultimate Player Skeleton	This mod allows you to use npc outfit parts without them glitching on Arthur or Johh

Toast's Restored Pedestrian Pack	Restores Cut/Beta models and textures to over 100 character's outfits as well as fixes some vanilla issues and even restores whole characters.
Ultimate PED Skeleton	This mod allows you to do the reverse of the Ultimate Player Skeleton, it allows you to use player Clothing on NPCs ladies and gentlemen.

🏞️ Visuals & Graphics Mods

Collyrium	Changes the weather system and visuals of Red Dead Redemption 2
Sir Joseph's Special Reshade	Improves visual clarity and makes the game look like an old John Wayne technicolour film.
Improved Artificial Lighting	Artificial Lighting is an add-on object that you can spawn to reflect the lighting from the sun inside houses or darker areas or when you just look the opposite way from the sun. Its best used during the day or evening for the perfect character or closed environment photography.

🔫 Weapons Mods

Mod	What it does
Munitions - A Weapon Mod	Changes the ammo and weapon system, while adding new guns, customization options, variants, and discoverables throughout the world of Red Dead Redemption II.
The Oathkeeper Revolver	A Custom Schofield Revolver with improved stats

🗺️ Map Mods

Mod	What it does
Project New Austin	Brings back those classic RDR1 locations and New Austin color scheme. Full list of changes in the description
A Dynamic World	Makes the world feel more lively, dynamic, and interesting to explore.
Mexico Mod	Brings back the RDR1 Mexico with activities and more (Still WIP will update once its officially out)

🔧 Quality Of Life & Extras Mods

Mod	What it does
Graphics.ytd Crash Fix	Fixes crashing caused by editing graphics.ytd which a few visual mods use, good to have.
Intro and Main Menu Screens Skip	This mod skips the legal menu and main menu and puts you directly into story mode.
Snappy UI	Makes the menus much much faster.
Sir Joseph's LML Startup Crash Fix	If your game crashes randomly during the loading screen while running alot or heavy mods. Good to have.
