Java Edition Useless machine (working this time !!!!)

I finally fixed it (it's probably the WORST way possible to do it so so I'll try to compact it because this hurt to see how bad it is) If you can help me by exlpaining how to replace these damn never ending piston chain: I need the delay to be instant when activating the lever but wait a LOT when the lever gets destroyed so it pushes the piston back underground

Voici la version la plus simple que j'ai trouvé pour le faire. Je ne sais pas si tu souhaites que les pistons sortent. C'est fait dans bedrock mais fonctionnera très bien dans java.
