Looks to have been the house brand of Shama Cycles in Houston, Texas.

Guru was a Canadian bike brand that went bankrupt

French Canadian, even. Worked mostly in Ti but not exclusively. A lot of custom stuff. I own one that was given to me, it’s a real nice bike.

I worked at a Guru shop for years. They did custom ti, stainless, and carbon race bikes. Really good frames. Shame they went under a decade ago.
