One of our roommates is going on coop during the next Fall semester block, so we're trying to fill his space for that time period. I highly recommend that you have a vehicle, as its about a ~10min drive to campus. Living room and kitchen are on the first floor, individual bedrooms and the bathroom on the second floor, and between the basement and the attic there is plenty of storage space. We're both 5th year grad students, we don't party but when we have a group of friends over, we check in with the rest of the house to let each other know. I personally do a ton of cooking and baking and tend to take over the kitchen for a few hours, but I always keep the kitchen super clean.

The apartment does allow pets, but there is an additional $200 fee as part of the lease if you do so. As long as you clean up after and take care of them, we're cool with it!

Hello! We are two women looking for two afab/women housemates to fill the spots in our house. There are 3 cats in the house (they don’t free roam without supervision, and cat litter is kept in rooms). We like to hang out & have fun (gaming, watching movies, shopping) but are fine if you are more quiet. It’s a 1 year lease starting July 1st.

The house is a 15 minute drive to RIT campus. There’s 1 & 1/2 baths, with basement & attic storage. We have a working laundry (washer & dryer). The landlords are really great & will help with any problem you have with great communication. The rent would be 675/month if it’s three of us & 506/month if it’s 4. We split the internet costs ($19/each) & pay for electricity (cost depends per month), those are the only additional costs. You would only need to furnish your bedroom as the rest of the house is furnished.

hello!! i'm a current undergrad at the urochester river campus (on leave of absence this year, returning as a senior in the fall) on the lookout for cheap-ish (ideally no more than $650 including utilities. trying to save as much money as humanly possible.) spaces for when i return. i'm keeping an eye on the various facebook/reddit/places4students/etc sites right now, but i thought it probably wouldn't hurt to make my own post on different roch subs as a sort of roommate profile as well.

Hello. I’m and trying to relet my 4bed/4bath unit at The Marshall.

There is no guarantor on my contract, I so signed for a Pre-Paid Addendum. $2500 would be due before move-in. This includes the first month’s rent, the last 2 month’s rent, annual utility admin fee, monthly trash fee, and $8/month for Rentistry (credit builder, can opt out).

This means that the last two months of the lease would be already paid for at the beginning.
