SB2 english patch

Hi guys kindly help me to properly fix this ive tried to go and find a solution for the normal language of the game and i cant seem to find a proper solution with the mod or patch notes to input on it. Ive been really happy to download SB2 because its a childhood game of mine hehe. Appreciate the help. Btw i already asked google AI engine and were running around in circles
