Arborist?

Hi all. I’m looking for an arborist. Came back from a vacation and a tree in our front yard that once had leaves now only has little skeletons of leaves.

I think I know what it is and I’m not hugely worried, but there is a chance I’m wrong and I would like to be sure about things.

If anyone has any recommendations, I would be very appreciative.

We used Caldwell Tree Care, and they were great.

Agree with Caldwell. They aren’t trying to take down trees unless it’s really needed.

I was worried about using an arborist from a tree company since they might be inclined to conclude the tree needs to go.

We had a tree lose it's leaves really early last year and we called an independent and he came out and pointed out the leaves falling early were pushed off my early budding. Which was weird but he told us to wait at least a year and see what's up. He said the tree was stressed and trying to survive. For <$200 he ended up inspecting all our trees and did some carpenter ant treatments. Really nice guy too.

And we also used Caldwell, and they are great! We used to get wood chips from them every year until they stopped that program.

That’s really good information and I appreciate it. I am kind of worried about the same sort of thing so it’s good to have that background.

I am concerned because it’s only maybe a four year-old tree and can only take so much stress. I appreciate your advice and recommendation.
