It’s going to be an Italian restaurant owned by Letnes Restaurant Group (Grizzlys, Boulder, 7 West, Brickhouse.) There’s articles about it that are easily searchable.

I actually liked Slim Chickens quite a bit when the manager was working. I kinda miss it. It's when he wasn't present that the food and service went to shit.
